Ventro Academy was created after years of working with people who wanted more stability, confidence, and opportunity — but didn’t know where to start.
Through training, one-to-one support with jobseekers, and building businesses ourselves, we kept seeing the same gaps: people were motivated, capable, and willing to learn — yet the guidance available to them was either too complex, too expensive, or not practical enough for real life.
We created Ventro Academy to change that.
